RECON collects minimal information to operate the Service. When you enter a Riot ID, we use it to query the Riot Games API for publicly available match data. We do not require you to create an account or provide personal information such as your name, email address, or payment details to use the free tier.
2. How We Use Your Information
The Riot ID and associated match data you provide is used solely to generate your coaching report. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Match data is processed in real time and is not permanently stored on our servers beyond the duration of your session.
3. Riot Games API Data
Match data retrieved through the Riot Games API is publicly accessible data. RECON acts as a client of the Riot Games API and is bound by the Riot Games API Terms of Service. We access only the data necessary to provide coaching recommendations.
4. AI Processing
Your match statistics are sent to an AI provider (Anthropic) to generate coaching recommendations. This data consists of aggregated match statistics only — no personally identifiable information beyond your in-game name is transmitted. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to data processed through their API.
5. Cookies and Analytics
RECON may use basic analytics to understand usage patterns and improve the Service. This may include page view counts and general usage statistics. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
6. Data Retention
We do not permanently store match data or coaching reports. Each analysis is generated fresh when requested. If you navigate away from your report, the data is not retained on our servers.
7. Children's Privacy
RECON is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
8. Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect the Service. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
