By accessing or using RECON ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
RECON is an AI-powered coaching tool for Valorant players. The Service analyzes publicly available match data provided through the Riot Games API and generates coaching recommendations using artificial intelligence. RECON is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Riot Games.
3. Riot Games Data
RECON uses the Riot Games API to retrieve match data. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your Valorant match data is publicly accessible via the Riot Games API. We do not store your match data beyond what is necessary to generate your coaching report. Use of Riot Games data is subject to the Riot Games API Terms of Service.
4. Use of AI
Coaching recommendations generated by RECON are produced by an artificial intelligence model and are intended for entertainment and informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional coaching advice. Results may vary and are not guaranteed to improve your gameplay performance.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the Service; (c) use the Service in any way that could harm, disable, or impair it; (d) violate Riot Games' Terms of Service.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code comprising the RECON service is owned by RECON and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Valorant, Riot Games, and all related marks are trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RECON shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
